Lund Student Theatre is a theatre and stage art organisation within the Academic Society. We gather people who have an interest in theatre in any way, shape or form. Whether that’d be through acting, directing, scenography, tech, make-up, costume, writing, or just a general interest and curiosity in theatre-related things!
Our working language is English as many exchange students are involved in the organization, though many of our members are Swedish speaking as well.

What do we do?

Get involved in our main production to act or work behind the scenes for a play. Previously we have done everything from modern plays to Shakespeare, and also works written by our members.
Stay tuned for casting calls and updates about our main production!

Try out improv! We organize workshops on improvisational theatre for anyone to join. Improvisation is a form of living theatre entirely without a script that often includes audience participation. Theatre on the spot!

LUST has held workshops containing everything from script readings to stage fighting to theatre history and theory. Join us to get familiarized with the wonderful world of theatre!

We also organize events to allow members to get together, get to know each other, watch a play, play some games, and just have a good time.

Come talk to us, ask questions or just hang out! We have an open office in the AF-building:
Tuesdays: 10:00–12:00
Thursdays: 15:00–17:00
Starting September 14th.

We are always open for new ideas for activites from our members!
